Located on the third floor and accessible by both stairs and an elevator, this spacious condo offers beautiful views of the pool area and Turtle Cove Marina from its private patio. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Caffitaly coffee maker, kettle, blender, and toaster. It is well stocked with cookware, dishes, cutlery, glassware, and all linens to ensure a comfortable stay.
For added convenience, the condo includes an in-suite washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom and direct access to the patio, while the second bedroom is located next to a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. Beach and pool essentials, including towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers, are provided so you can make the most of your island getaway.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of 15% of the rent total. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 1 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on the day after check-out, provided no charges apply.
There is no fees incurred if you cancel more then 30 days out from your booking. All monies received will be refunded less transaction fees.
If you cancel between 8 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% of the booking, less transaction fees.
If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% of the booking.

Hanging of towels or swimwear over the balcony railing is not permitted.
Pool - Please bring our pool/beach towels that are provided out to the pool area.
Pool - Please do not use the bath towels for beach or pool.
Pool - No glass bottles permitted at the pool. We have provided plastic glasses for the pool. There are owners that are on the watch for glass at the pool and will ask you to remove any glass bottles from the pool area.
Pool - Chairs can not be reserved by putting items on it for later in the day
